As a yoga instructor with a background in psychology and neuroscience, I have devoted significant time to exploring the intricacies of the mind and body through my own yoga practice. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training 'Yoga Alliance', completed a specialist course 'SOS Breathing: Multidimensional re-education of breathing patterns', and have evaluated scientific research during my PhD and afterwards.

Individual
Everyone is different, with unique goals, needs, experiences, and current circumstances. The key idea is to check in with yourself: How do I feel? What do I need right now? What would benefit me most today? The multidimensional approach will help you take what serves you best.
Valuing inclusiveness, celebrating diversity, and nurturing confidence.
You are warmly invited to join the individual sessions, group sessions and workshops.
The three components and areas of focus:
-
Body
-
Mind
-
Science
Thus, In-me involves:
- Developing a regular practice (in-practice)
- Striving for and maintaining balance (in-balance)
- Staying up-to-date with information (in-touch)

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn to set aside dedicated time for yourself, support your well-being, care for your body and develop better awareness of it, learn to listen, be less judgmental toward yourself and others, and appreciate your body and resources as they are, wherever you are.

Focus

From Within
Strength and calm are essential for a fulfilling life.
I believe they come from within.
In-me was created to provide a space and support on your journey of self-discovery toward strength and calm, through the practice of yoga and meditation, complemented by up-to-date scientific information.

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self."
