In-practice

Body is one of the three elements.

By practicing various positions—with awareness and care for movement, together with the breath—you can develop a better connection with your body. Such awareness is important, as it can help you more easily recognize how you feel.

 

By practicing, you also make your body stronger.

 

Thus, in-practice refers to the regular practice of movement, through which your body—but also your mind—will be taken care of.

It helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance while calming the mind and reducing stress. Through mindful movement and focused breathing, yoga encourages a deep connection between body and mind, fostering inner peace.

Yin is a slower, more meditative style of practice that emphasizes holding poses for extended periods
