In-practice
Body is one of the three elements.

By practicing various positions—with awareness and care for movement, together with the breath—you can develop a better connection with your body. Such awareness is important, as it can help you more easily recognize how you feel.
By practicing, you also make your body stronger.
Thus, in-practice refers to the regular practice of movement, through which your body—but also your mind—will be taken care of.
Yoga
Yoga practice is a holistic discipline that combines physical postures, breath observation, and meditation to promote overall well-being. It helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance while calming the mind and reducing stress. Through mindful movement and focused breathing, yoga encourages a deep connection between body and mind, fostering inner peace.

Vinyasa is a dynamic style that combines fluid movement with breathing
Yin is a slower, more meditative style of practice that emphasizes holding poses for extended periods
Take care of your body—the foundation of your strength and well-being.
